2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the ShortNesia drama streaming platform accessible via the website.
  • "User" refers to any individual accessing and/or using the service.
  • "Account" refers to the user registration created to access certain features.
  • "Content" refers to all dramas, episodes, images, text, and other materials available on the platform.
  • "VIP" refers to the paid subscription that provides full access to all content.

3. User Rights & Obligations

Users have the right to access content according to their account tier (Free/VIP). Users are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of their account data and not share it with others. Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, excessive crawling, or actions that damage service infrastructure.

4. Payment & VIP

VIP payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices, features, and VIP duration may change at any time with prior notice. Users are responsible for the accuracy of payment data provided.

5. Advertising & Tracking

By using our services, you consent to the use of tracking technologies for advertising measurement and optimization purposes, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API. Users who do not wish to be tracked for advertising purposes may: (a) use an ad-blocker or browser privacy mode, (b) manage ad preferences through Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, or (c) decline cookies through browser settings. The service remains fully functional without advertising tracking.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShortNesia is not liable for service disruptions due to maintenance, force majeure, or third parties. We do not guarantee continuous content availability. Content is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: system abuse, copyright infringement, or suspicious activity. Users may delete their account at any time through profile settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through deliberation first, and if not reached, through the competent court.
